This logo is for Tribeca Flashpoint College's Sight & Sound Digital Media Arts festival. The festival encourages high school students to submit their best creations for exhibition. The intent is to convey a feeling of excitement and energy to the high school participants of the festival, and to give visual and audio media equal gravitas.
Sketching was an important step in the development of the logo, so I've compiled a small collection of sketches below to show where my thoughts wandered during the whole exploratory process.
